The easiest way for anyone to lose weight overall is skipping(rope).
If your ceiling is high enough, skip for at least 1 min and rest 1 min. For skipping, the rest time should be equivalent to your skippin time. Skip 15 mins a day and you can see results in a month or two.
If your ceiling is not high enough, you can try invisible skipping(without a rope) or google some exercising guide for ppl without any equipment.

Couch surfing, internet surfing, sleep. That is how I stay so trim.
Really? During the summer, I used to wake up early and watch Giald’s Bodies In Motion and do all of the exercises they did on FitTv.
If you don’t want to use television though, I suggest jogging, running up and down the stairs, doing squats, sit-ups, crunches, and push-ups. You should also try dancing to songs that you like. I recommend using a pedometer and trying to walk more steps every day. The pedometer really encouraged me to take more steps. Also, I don’t have any weights, so I lifted water bottles. I have a subscription to SHAPE magazine and it’s filled with all these workouts you can do.
